lets see...Adelynn is growing up so fast! I mentioned earlier last week about her teeth. Yes they are her canines and not her incisors. I was quite shocked! I mean they have barely broke skin but they are coming in. Anything she can get her hands on goes right into her mouth (socks, bibs, stuffed animals, her fist, toys, your finger, teethers, pacifier, etc). We are continuing to do tummy time which she is starting to like a little more. With rolling over...she rolls side to side but wont' roll over. She likes to sit in her high chair and watch us in the kitchen. Today at day care she sat in the saucer and really liked it. When you hold her she loves being kissed over and over on her face or to stand. She laughs and spit drops out of her mouth onto your face when you do super girl. She giggles and smiles at everything. She is such a happy baby! we are so blessed to have our first be so good. And with this teething....she continues to be easy going but at first hated the medicine (see picture below) but now she loves the flavor...grape yum! She has her 4 month check up next week. I can't believe already 4 months! Her feet are still so tiny that she wears 0 to 3 month shoes or size 1. Clothes wise she either wears 3 or 3 to 6 months. some clothes are still 0 to 3 months. Many people tell us she looks a lot like my mom and I in her face but has Josh's length and hair color. I am excited to watch her grow and develop her talents and more personality.
Tonight we went to a scholarship banquet for Josh. It was nice but we left early. They had snacks and a few speakers. As being parents when Adey gets tired it is time to go. We came home and made yummy chocolate malt ice cream. It was delicious! Hm...Josh has been working hard on his Macro flora project that could turn into his thesis when he works on his masters. he has about 18 months left until he is done with his bachelors and then he will be half done with school. Not that I am counting or anything. As far as anything else...nothing new. Me just working on bows for Adelynn and a few christmas projects for family. I did go to a church super saturday this past weekend. I made a coloring bag and crayon holder for Adelynn's first birthday (will post pictures later...sorry mom didn't get time to take them), a few magnets, bookmarks, and a Christmas present for Josh's mom. I love Christmas time! We did start decorating...we have our house out with snow and our stocking hung. Josh and I and Adelynn are going to brave the crazy shoppers and walk over to the mall and Target the day after Thanksgiving. should be loads of fun! Christmas will be more and more fun as our little angel gets holder. We can't wait!
