We went to Santaquin today...first time since we moved. We sure love living in a city that has more then one stop light...which means we are actually loving Utah and could stay here for a while if Josh's schooling and career allow for it. We have talked about a few citys neighboring Midvale (where we live now) as for buying a house in...and been mentally pricing them. That is all in the future and who really knows what and were Josh and our little family will be after next May. That is when Josh's anticipated graduation date is....it is getting close and we are getting excited! He may have 1 or 2 classes to take after he walks but that is not a big deal...they may be offered online so he can do them on his own time or go to campus just part time...we will see when the time nears. He is still loving his field and super excited about his field school this summer. Me and Adey are so proud of him and his accomplishments...this will be his 3rd field school and he has earned 2 academic certificates so far. He has a tongue at learning Navajo and is pretty good at it. He translated Adey's favorite book for his final project in Navajo 2....kind of crazy that his language course is half over 2 out of 4....I am going to bind the book and we will give it to Adey either for her birthday or at christmas. As for me and Adey...we are having fun being together everyday again...i love that little princess more then words can describe. we play outside together, blow bubbles, color, take care of the other children, play babydolls, dress barbie, read books, take showers, watch tangled all the time, she loves to help cook. I am still working on my hairbows, teaching myself how to sew a fall table runner (next will be a christmas tree skirt and an easter table runner), shopping, balancing life, and enjoying every moment that comes!
Adey's recent accomplishments/interests are:
*learned and can say the following colors: blue, yellow, purple, and pink
*new words this week: wesley (her cousin), book, car, boot, bubbles, londyn (friend at school), milk, pig, horse, money, kitty, help, Danny, Adey

whats been happenin' with the fullmer clan:
I think the most exciting news is Josh finished his first semester at the University of Utah with being on the Dean's List. We are so proud of him...now only 3 full semesters and 1part time and he has his bachelors in Anthropology and 2 academic certificates. Adey draws circles, walks up and down stairs with a rail, builds towers using 11 wooden blocks and her duplos (thanks Uncle Jay), has tea parties (thanks to clarissa), feeds her baby in her play high chair (thanks to Santa), puts her baby to sleep in her play baby bed (thanks to Nana and papa for christmas), says about 20 to 25 words, jumps on the bed, laughs all the time, cleans with her new vacuum and broom/mop set (all thanks to nonni and grampy), and sits at the table like a big girl! with our taxes we are gonna get her a play kitchen from target and a little table/chair set from ikea...we will have fun with this! she is growing up so fast! We are even gonna redo her bedroom decor with our taxes but not her furniture until we move into our next place where we will have the room to put her baby furniture somewhere. hm...Oskar hates the snow and it freezes his poor paws so i think we are gonna get him some doggy shoes so he can at least go outside and do his business without us always having to make a spot for him. As for me, just work and being crafty. i love making stuff and now i have my cricut (even the next addition up from the one i had because my parents surprised me with it for christmas this year) so i will be doing even more crafts with it even because of the snow i will stay home even more on the weekends and that gives me something to do during nap times.
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with Josh's family....lots of food and taking pictures and relaxing. We did Christmas with us 2 weeks early and celebrated mine and Josh's 4 year anniversary with Adey at a Japanese place (thanks to Malinda and Evan for suggesting it...the food was yummy), then Christmas with josh's family the day after ours, and then went to Nebraska to be with my family a week later and had a wonderful 2 week vacation with them for Christmas. They bought a beautiful house and it is coming together nicely. My mom was sick most of the time so to our advantage we got to spend more time with her. We went to the zoo, shopping, met mom for her lunch breaks, went out to dinner, got to see my brother, sewed some, watched movies, met santa, built 2 dogs at build a bear, and made memories. it was a great trip seeing my family and look forward to going back for my dad's retirement party in august.

First trunk or treat
Again last year Adey was too young to really do the trunk or treat put on at the church but now she is older and had fun last night. We went to Josh's parents ward and ate his sister, Clarissa's yummy chili (which won her a free pie in the contest...we put 4 votes in: one for oskar, one for josh, one for me, and one for Adey). Then went and did the cupcake walk and Josh won Adey a cupcake that we let her pick out that had candy corn on the top and that was all she wanted so we threw away the cupcake. Then she went fishing at the pond and won this whistle/twisty noise maker toy. Then we went out side to go from trunk to trunk getting candy. Adey was carried the whole way and kept wanting to pull the candy out of pumpkin bag at first but then when she was told to pick a piece of candy from some of the trunks she put it in her bag and left it. She was a green fairy with glitter in her hair. Some people said she should have her be tinkerbell next year...we shall see. We are thinking of doing a family theme of the wizard of oz or maybe alvin and the chipmunks/chipettes or something like that. any suggestions to plan for next year? let us know.
Pumpkin patch...
The other night we went out to the pumpkin patch and Adey got to pick her first pumpkin. Last year my work got some donated and so we got free pumpkins which was nice since Adey was only 3 months old then but Adey is now over 1 and walking and it was fun. We rode the hayride out to the patch at night with Joshs sisters family, Malinda, Evan, Ella, and Corbin. Adey wanted to sit on the hay by herself like a big girl with out holding on. It was freezing and I forgot her gloves and hat but she did have on a "daddy's lil pumpkin" coat and she smiled the whole way their. When we got there she went crazy trying to pick up every pumpkin making all these cute grunting noises. We finally found her one and i carried her while she carried the pumpkin. Josh found a big, tall pumpkin and I found a medium normal pumpkin. As we were getting ready to leave Adey did not want to get on the hay ride with a fit being thrown. But she eventually gave in and sat with me all wrapped up for a few minutes because it was cold. When we got back to the barn we got some apple cider donoughts...yummy. Then we all headed home. We had a lot of fun and will carve our pumpkins closer to Halloween. We love starting new traditions with our family!
