My dad's ceremony

"He didn't tell me how to live; he lived, and let me watch him do it."

My dad is an amazing man and served our country for 30 years.  In those years we lived in Mississippi, Nevada (twice), Florida, Germany, New Jersey, Arkansas, England, Maryland, and Nebraska where they retired.  He worked on planes and was a first sergeant...the BEST one if you ask me.  He received many awards for his service, talents, dedication, and loyalty.  He touched many lives and is a wonderful role model.  I am so proud of him...to call him my DAD and he is my HERO! His retirement ceremony took place in August 2011 and it was so good to have my Nana, Aunt Sherry, Papa Box, my brother, my parents, and Josh, Adey, and I all together for a wonderful occasion!

Nebraska update

Back in August we traveled to Nebraska for a week and a half and had a great time...the zoo, seeing family, dad's retirement, eating out, birthdays, making memories, home made ice cream, shopping, and crafts.  We ALWAYS enjoy every time we get to go see my family...they are so wonderful.  here are some pics to capture the fun we had:
