Photography
so i am working on putting together my photography skills to offer and make some extra money...well I was offering to do 2 families for free and here came along my beautiful sidekicks!
Cornbelly's
On Saturday (October 20) Adey, Paisley and I had a girls day. We first took Daddy to work so he wouldn't have to ride the train especially since he let us have the car that day so we could have some fun outside the house...i know what a good daddy/husband...i think we will keep him. After we dropped him off we headed to the mall in Murray to go to Build-a-Bear. I got an email saying that each store bought 100 bears to be stuffed and donated to Toys for Tots...so I thought it would be nice for Adey to do this so we did and there was a coupon attached to both bears (we did one from Adey and one from Paisley) so I gave in and we got a little treat after we stuffed the bears first. Then both Adey and I were hungry and chose to eat at Subway so venture there for lunch and had a nice mommy/daughter date. After lunch, I did a little shopping (I am addicted) at the Carters store and children's place for the girls...Paisley was still asleep at this point and Adey was being so good and they were having GREAT sales at each plus Adey needed some tights and another coat and Paisley needed a winter body coat thing....I defiantly succeeded and some. After the mall we headed down the road quite a ways to Cornbelly's. We took Adey last year ( http://fullmerfam06.blogspot.com/2011/10/cornbellys.html ) this year I was by myself with two kiddo's and it was a little crazier and busier (which I didn't like). We had fun and hung out with a few friends at times (Steph, Carter, Lou Lou, Chris, Felicity, Courtney, Jennica, Kaley, and a few of their family members). It was hard to do everything together because all wanted to do their own things and I couldn't do everything they wanted because of Paisley plus Adey had more fun playing on the wooden stuff. She also played on the firetruck, bouncy houses, princess section, play ground, hay pyramid, spider web, and a kiddy ride. I let her get her face painted which she loved but want to have it taken off as soon as we got home. It was a fun...not sure if we will continue to go back in the years to come as it is getting pricer, busier, and not as much fun but we shall see. Adey had a great time and that is really all that matter:

Halloween part 2 and 3
so i mentioned Adey and I made a chain ( http://fullmerfam06.blogspot.com/2012/10/halloween.html ). Well our project on Monday night was to paint a pumpkin and we even had a pumpkin for Paisley to paint (they are the ones we got from wheeler farms).
adey even painted Paisley foot so we could print her foot print on the project
Today (Tuesday) was to make a spider...we traced her hands and then glued them together overlapping the thumbs. then she put sticker google eyes on it and wanted to paint it with glitter..turned out quite cute and she had a great time!
trying to roll over
on Monday night this is Ms P's progress of trying to roll over...she is close but not quite there...give it a few more weeks but we admire her progress for being almost 7 weeks early! way to go baby girl!
talent
use your imagination...but what does it look like to you?
to Adey she told me it is a giraffe and an elephant...this lil girl loves to do art and loves to draw. She made this on Sunday Oct. 21, 2012. I would say this is pretty good for a young 3 year old. Way to go baby girl...we just love covering our fridge with all your beautiful artwork!
tummy time
we are slowly getting stronger but she is such a fighter as we all know (from being in the womb to now...this lil girl is all about her time and not giving up...i love that about you Paisley Makae)
HALLOWEEN!
I started something fun this holiday with Adey. We made a chain countdown to Halloween (mainly because she keeps asking when the actual holiday and i tell her the same every time...now she can visually see how much longer we have left). each day has a fun activity for us to do pertaining to the holiday thanks to pinterest. next year i intend to do the 13 days of Halloween and each ring will have an activity, Halloween movie and book with both girls...i love starting traditions!
could it be?!
so yesterday we let Paisley try some baby pears...it was like maybe a TBSP...i can't believe how fast time is flying but gosh she is getting so big. She will be 4 months old next week according to her birthday but 2 months and 2 1/2 weeks according to her due date and what doctors go by. Anyway...with Adey I didn't want her to grow up too fast but with Paisley since we know what to expect for some reason I am not as sad but more excited to watch her grow. She loved the pears yet they made her a little too gassy so we are going to hold off another month at least before we try again. but for our record this was her reaction (minus the gas)
ps...i am so excited to see what kinds of varieties we come up with. We are making all her food just like we did with Adey. it really helped with the transition to real food and we think it helped Adey become the great eater she is today!
ddddd...dentist!
So about 2 weeks ago Adelynn had a dentist appointment. I love her dentist and will be sad the day I have to find her a new one. I mean look at this place?!
there is this awesome tree house to play in...its located in the waiting and has so much to do. Adey loves playing in
the staff is wonderful and you can watch movies while they work on your teeth. and when they are done they give you a coin to get a prize. Adey got a bracelet this time
what a patient lil' sis to wait....

very productive day...
amongst playing with the girls today and doing puzzles and bath time and blocks and much much more...Adelynn and I managed to accomplish these 4 items of which 3 were made in our vitamix:
Vitamix Apple/orange juice...turned out so yummy
Vitamix tomato pasta sauce (all fresh products) Vitamix applesauce super yummy and cheaper/healtheir than the stores
and my famous chocolate/peanut butter chip cookies...they get better and better every time!
Ok so the juice contains apple, orange, water, lemon juice, carrot, ice....and thats it.
The tomato sauce contains tomato, paste, carrot, onion, garlic, and dried herbs
The applesauce is cinnamon, apples, and water
Well the cookies aren't that healthy but cheaper then the stores and yummier and fresher...i am just amazing when it comes to cookies if i do say so myself.
It really scares me now a days everything we put into our bodies. Does everyone or anyone stop and think about all the extra stuff companies add to their products? what is actually healthy and not? is it really cheaper to buy the already made stuff? in my opinion i love me some fresh homemade products and i am grateful for the decision my hubs and i have made to better our nutrition for us and our girls. i am excited for the other things i explore with and come up with. I mean we already make our own pizza sauce, breads, pizza dough, donuts (for breakfast today Adey and I made donut muffins and turned out super yummy), cream of anything, soups, almond milk, smoothies, and much more....we have a dehydrator and intend to experiment more with that (we have dried kiwi so far...that was delicious). Just for the record by this time next year I intend to learn how to make Paisley's baby food, jam, nutella, peanut butter, fruit snacks/leather, more juices, laundry detergent, cleaning products, bread by myself and many different kinds (right now Josh usually makes it), black bean burgers, ice cream, milk shakes, cooking/cleaning our own beans, freezing more of fresh fruits/veggies (this website will come in handy i hope: http://www.onegoodthingbyjillee.com/2012/10/31-things-you-can-freeze-to-save-time-and-money.html ) canning, bubbles, better my almond milk, and much much more. For us...meaning my family...it is cheaper and healthier and thats the kind of life we have chosen to live.
our tiny princess?!
I still can't believe our little Paisley was a preemie. She is now 3 1/2 months old and when I took her to the doctor yesterday for her cold she was coming in at 12 lbs. 15 ounces....WOW...she is still in the lower percents on the chart except her head which is massive but SO FREAKIN' CUTE! and so today I decided to do a photo shoot of the many happy faces of Paisley:
As of today our baby is in size 2 diapers and wearing mostly 3-6 month clothes but still size 0 or 1 shoes (she has small feet like her mama), still has blue eyes and pretty blonde hair, she is happy most of the time (mainly gas still bothers her), she HATES (understatement..) being in a wet diaper, she is a good nurser and only takes about 1 maybe 2 pumped bottles a day (i can't believe the time for her to start real food is already approaching which we plan to make for her just like we did for Adey), still spits up quite a bit, gaining about 2 pounds a month, learning to grab toys, is just like Adey and doesn't like tummy time, absolutely LOVES bath time, prefers to be snuggled by mommy, when being held has to face outwards, sleeps propped up (usually in her bouncer), quite content playing on her play mat on her back, looks at the TV every time when Adey watches YoGabba Gabba, already loves Oskar (our puppy), and likes to look at books. We love this little girl and love having her complete our family! We are so blessed to spend everyday with her....such a blessing!
We love you our little preemie Paisley Makae Fullmer!
one of Adey's favorite things to do...
This lil' girl loves to do puzzles. At Buy Buy Baby we found this pack of puzzles (4 puzzles 24 pieces each) for only 9.99 and they are wooden. We originally got them to do on our trip in Vegas which we did but we do them almost every day since then and she has gotten quite good at problem solving and figuring out where the pieces go. I love how she rarely gives up and keeps trying...i hope she keeps that up throughout her life!
she did most of this by herself
just keep turnin' just keep turnin'
tada
hooray its all done!
way to go Adey...hope you love math just as much as mommy does!
